Prior to
using Rossiter, I had patients that could barely get

to do their basic care with ease. Rossiter has taught me a
way to achieve fast, effective, and consistent pain relief
for my patients."

Yes! You use your feet!
And because this stretching
technique is so effective, most patients don't care!
In this 2-day workshop, you
will begin your training in how to relieve musculoskeletal
pain using 2-person stretches that take 30 seconds and yield
immediately noticeable results. The technique focuses on
pinning a specific muscle area with the weight from your foot
and then asking the patient to do an easy, yet precise
movement. It is the weight, plus the patient's movement that
create the stretch and the results. These stretches tend to be
deeper and longer lasting than most other forms of stretching.
These stretches are
particularly useful for chronic concerns such as
Low-back discomfort
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Plantar Fasciitis
Osteoarthritis
Sciatica
Pinched Nerves
Range of Motion problems
related to old injuries, scar tissue, or aging
Shin Splints

Kristen is one of 9, Certified Senior Rossiter

patients who have chronic pain issues for 7 years and she
has been using Rossiter stretching as part of her practice
for 5 years. She became a Rossiter Instructor in 2007.
In addition to being a Rossiter Instructor, Kristen has a
Master of Science degree in Nutrition and is a Licensed
Massage Therapist and Registered Dietitian.
She has chosen to focus on using and teaching Rossiter
Stretching because it yields results more quickly than
many other modalities...and because clients get results
they've never been able to achieve using any other
modality. Her vast and varied experiences with people in a
variety of professions and phases of life provide the rich
foundation of knowledge from which she teaches and
coaches.
"I have
been working with patients with chronic pain for over a
year now and have not found anything to truly relieve
symptoms of their pain that is effective and efficient and
allows them to return to their prior independence. Nor
have I been able to use techniques that I learned in
occupational therapy school to help my patients to become
more comfortable with their pain. I was desperate to find
something that I could use that would effectively provide
pain relief. I searched online and found the Rossiter
website. With further investigations and meetings I felt
that this technique of deep tissue stretches would allow
my patients the relief I was looking for. I went to this
course: Unit 1 Rossiter Workshop to learn more about this
technique. I was able to leave the course and use the
workouts immediately with my patients. Upon using Rossiter
I have had patients tell me that they have not felt this
good in a long time and that is immediately after the
workout. When they come back they tell me they were able
to do activities that they don't even remember doing.
Rossiter has allowed me to use a manual technique with my
patients to relieve pain but ultimately to get my patients
back to a state of independence with their ADL's. Prior to
using Rossiter, I had patients that could barely get
dressed, but with the Rossiter workouts they are now able
to do their basic care with ease. Rossiter has taught me a
way to achieve fast, effective, and consistent pain relief
for my patients."
-Cody Metropoulos, OT
"I enjoyed this class so
much. Out of all the continuing education I've taken in
the past 17 years, I would rate this as the most effective
workshop in the areas of learning and applicability to my
practice. Thank you!" -Debbie H., LMT
"Fabulous workshop! It was
very well designed and it moves at just the right pace so
I could do classroom learning and then apply it
clinically. I loved it!" -Lee Devine, Resistance Stretching Intern & Software
Salesperson
"I came back from the
Rossiter System Workshop revived and energized. First,
receiving the work was great, some of my own knots got
worked out. Secondly learning the techniques was both
exciting and empowering. I left with a strong foundation
to begin offering this new system to my clients. I felt
great - really energized instead of tired and bored. I had
another effective tool in my tool box. I felt unburdened,
not having to go in and do the same strenuous table
therapy client after client. Now I had yet another choice
which really works. Variety is really a good thing." -Renee Anderson, LMT, RC
"I went to the symphony
after just two days of the three-day Rossiter Workshop,
got home after midnight, and woke up the next morning
feeling great. If I had not had so much Rossiter, I would
have been dragging. Kristen knows her work. She is
committed to her work." -Jim
Dewine, LMT
"As an
Industrial Electrician, I was not intimidated by terms
that would not be familiar to me. The course was presented
in an easy format with great hands-on interaction with
fellow students. I also like the fact that taking the
workshop is a cheap way to get a full-body Rossiter
Workout." -Dan Moyer,
Industrial Electrician
"The Unit
1 Workshop was great and I'm on my way to Rossiterville!
It was easy to follow and had a good amount of
reinforcement. Kristen is informative, reflective, and
entertaining as well. I'm very pleased with my
experience." -Claude
Geeroms, Aikido school owner
"I am having so much fun
with the Rossiter work. Ever since becoming a Massage
Therapist, I've been looking for something that is fast
and effective. The results are just amazing. It is very
gratifying to be able to help people get out of pain so
quickly." - Janice Malloy, LMT
"The workshop gives you
skills that you can immediately be successful using to
help people. It's logical and practical."-Pat
Navin, BS, CMT
